Today being the last day of 2009 I decided to join in on the list making extravaganza that is taking place. I too shall put my stamp upon history with my clearly definitive list of the Top 9 of ’09 and of course me being me who can argue? Without further ado I bring you TRUE TECH’s TOTALLY TOP 9 OF ’09.
9. V Neck Sweaters
I got into v neck sweaters in a big way this year, paired with a button up, a pair of jeans and if I’m feeling myself, a tie for a hint of color became a casual way to dress up whenever I was going out. Living in Colorado one must of course dress for the weather so the fact they keep me warm wasn’t a bad thing either. Thanks to a gift card from my sister I finally found my holy grail of sweaters, a plain red v neck sweater from Express. I’d have been looking for months with a help of friends and family and no one could find one, till I happen to go in Express since I had the gift card and lo and behold, one red sweater left and it was in my size. And of course to anyway that cares, I prefer mine with the collar out.

So what happened to me blogging from evo you ask? Well I’m a fucking idiot and I took my laptop with me primarly to blog and to take videos off my camera and I get there and realize I left my ac adapter plugged in here at home. I would like to talk about my fun and how i did but i’ll save it for later today. I’ve been up the past like 7 hours playing Blazblue and today is my day off it is currently 6am here and I’m going to sleep now. More shit later in the mean time enjoy this video I’ve been obsessed with lately.

Blazblue is crack

Let me open with this. I have not touched nor watched, nor thought about street fighter 4 since this game came out. Now many people have since asked am I giving up street fighter 4, no I am not giving it up but I no longer actively practicing nor seeking competition for the game. Everything I hate in street fighter 4 blazblue is the complete opposite, focusing on offensive gameplay for the most part, faster, new characters, awesome story etc etc, I can’t heap enough praise on blazblue. For the like three people that read my blog, they know evo is next week and I registered for both street fighter 4 and 3rd strike teams, I can say that I really have no plans to play sf4 and that I will forfeit my pool matches to play blazblue singles and teams, I won’t give up 3rd strike however since I only play the game once a year these days. See everyone at evo, my main is rachel my back up and fun characters are ragna jin and bang in fact check out my possible new art after the jump. I will actually update the blog while i’m in vegas for evo depending on how much internet cost. Be on the look out for that and yes I know I’ve talked about updating this blog before but 8 millionth time is the charm. More >

so the evo game list has been announced and 3s teams is on the list plus plane tickets are pretty cheap its pretty much official i’m going. 3s teams sf4 sthd and maybe marvel, plus i heard someone is probably brining a blazblue board i’m hyped up and ready. also even though i keep lying expect an actual update in a couple days featuring real content not me talking about going places heh. peace out
Blazblue update and other ramblings

So, I’ve been pretty slacking lately, I did get rachel up and pretty much done thanks to the combo list provided by Soniti. I’ve gotten started on tager, but I don’t have much mostly because of my own laziness. I did however get what i wanted done and have a menu/frontpage up for the whole site. Check it out i’m pretty proud of it but now it makes the rest of the pages look pretty plain so i may or may not design a background for the actual pages.
Another thing thats distracted me is the fact, I’ve recently gotten somewhat excited about the console release of street fighter 4 thanks to this match of daigo’s ryu vs joe’s viper. After that i started watching the other videos of joe’s and some video of kaqn/かきゅん’s viper, shes really trick and has cool combos and best of all she has feints. So i’ve been watching alot of viper videos lately which has kinda taken up alot of my time along with christmas time etc etc. I also bought a new lcd monitor to play games on from newegg so my plan is to get as much work done before it gets here cause once i’m playing sthd remix on a hd monitor who knows how long it’ll take for me to get make myself go back to working on the site.
With that i would like to say that you can contact me here, on shoryuken.com forums, dustloop.com forums extrafresh.net/forum if you would like to help me with any characters, i would appreciate help with tager and litchi as i don’t know a lot about tager and litchi has a million combos and my japanese is really out of practice. I do have all of tager’s normal’s done but i don’t know much about his special moves so thats been a pain.
Thats it for the day, again i’ll try to update more, right now i gotta go pick up some random shit i won at a store.

Project Blazblue Started

So for the game I have yet to play but love anyway, I have started a project, it is both complicated and simple. Move and Combo list for every character in the game. So far I have to my satisfaction, completed Ragna the Bloodedge aka Geesepant’s and Noel Vermillion aka I keep the Tom and Tony (cannon) and I have a working draft of Arakune done. For those that don’t know i plan to Main Ragna and Noel so of course completed those first, I plan to play alot more characters but I started doing request on who to do next. I’m working on an idea for a front page for this and a menu of some sort, so if you have any suggestions hit the comment box. I also have various videos uploaded on my youtube check out heartnana who is currently living in japan ocv a team, and hdd my new hero put fools in check with Ragna.

So I’m trying to get into the habit of updating more often, in my head i say daily but i already know that shit isn’t going to happen. anyway blazblue is a new 2d fighter from arc systems the makers of the guilty gear series and I’m really excited about it. there’s a user on youtube that already has over 100 match videos and I’ve watched almost all of them. in an effort to update this blog more often if i have nothing to talk about i will just update with a little blazblue news it could be a new video, some new combo i read about or just system mechanics of some sort. so for this first new post I’ll just post up some random fan art I’ve found on Japanese sites while looking for new stick art. this won’t be 56k friendly but if you still have 56k the whole internet isn’t friendly to you.
