I make it a point when I go out to keep my camera on me to take pictures of anything I find cool looking or inspirational. Sometimes though I go on quick runs and find myself wanting to take a picture of something. That’s where my blackberry comes in handy as I always have that anytime I leave my house. Here are a few things I took pictures of recently while I organize and import all the pictures from my camera. More after the jump.

Old Navy Christmas Collages

Holiday season is upon us and today at old navy I took notice of the collage style Christmas designs. Basically various winter and Christmas related items were put together to make pictures such as the peace sign seen below. I took pictures of all the ones I saw hit the jump to see the rest of them. Twitter Lists

Twitter recently added an awesome feature called list which basically allows you to group together twitter feeds to follow in one category. I went ahead and made a graphic design list for myself and figured I’d share it with any random that happens to come across this. Needless to say, there are much more twitters to gather on this list, so if you have any suggestions on who else should be added comment here or hit me on twitter

My good friends, I have this thing called a memory, it often works when I wish to recall past learning. However my memory must like baseball because it seems to think working about 50% of the time is a good thing. I learned basic css in my web design class a couple semesters ago and have since forgotten much of it. So I have decided to do something very simple and that is to go back and relearn it all from the beginning. Do i remember the basics? in fact I do but I’m going to pretend I have unlearned this and start all over, and with that I post a few tutorials for those who are like me to check out, and ask in return post some basic css tutorials that have been helpful for you. Feels like I’m back

I feel like i’m back one more gin, I won’t even promise to update more, but I actually feel that I will. I don’t know why but I actually feel like I have something to talk about now thanks in large part to my muse. So rather than talk about something sappy and things I’ll just repost something i read about on the blog fuel your interface: three big mistakes that can make or break your design career
I agree with all three of these and I’m very guilty of the first one. I have been doing school for the past couple years and yes the schedule has been awful but I could have been doing much more than bitch about the fact that I’m in the 2nd year of graphic design classes and just now taking a photoshop class. Time to get on the ball, the world is passing me by.
Street Fighter 4 Ads

The guys over on neogaf have a thread going where they make fake ads for games. The game of choice at the time just so happens to be sf4. There are some truly great ones going on and they deserve the exposure I plan to jump on the bandwagon and try my hand at a few, if I come up with anything good i’ll post em up.
